Section 154B-24 : Motion of no confidence against officers of society

(1) An officer who holds office by virtue of his election to that office shall cease to be such officer if a motion of no confidence is passed at a meeting of a Committee by not less than two third majority of the Committee Members who are present and entitled to vote at such meeting and his office shall thereupon be deemed to be vacant.

(2) The provisions of sub-sections (2) to (7) of section 73ID shall apply mutatis mutandis to such motion
