Notice for Special General Meeting
The Special General Body Meeting of XYZ CHS LHTD will be held on Sunday 26 Jan 2018 in the society building premises at 10:30 AM. All members are requested to attend.
1. To discuss about structural audit report of the society building.
2. To discuss about jobs to be carried out as per structural audit and sanction the necessary funds for the same.
3. To approve the utilization of Reserve fund for financing the structural Repairs and Painting job of the society building.
4. To approve the utilization of Repairs and maintenance fund for the partially financing the structural Repairs and Painting job of the society building.
5. To discuss and approve for legal action for recovery of dues.

Note:
1. If there is no quorum for the Meeting at the appointed time, the meeting shall stand adjourned for half an hour and the adjourned meeting shall be reconvened after half an hour on the same day and the same agenda.
2. Only Members can attend the meeting and in their absence member, their Associated members/Joint Member are authorized to attend the meeting with written consent of member (owner).
3. No proxy or any person with Power of Attorney will be permitted to attend the Meeting
