Mandatory registers records to maintain when society start

Dear Members,

There are many registers which mentioned in bye-law which society need to be managed but as per my view when society start after builder handover committee should start with minimum following registers & documents :

1. AGM Register ( For anual general meeting)
2. MCM Register ( For Monthly Committee Meeting )
3. I Form Register
4. J Form Register
5. Share Register
6. Nomination Register
7. Nomination Forms ( for all flats nominations)
8. Membership Forms ( can buy 10 forms which required when flats transfer/sell)
