- Title Deeds / Title Note/ Mother Deed / Link Deeds
- Joint Development Agreement (if any)
- Encumbrance Certificate (EC)
- Patta / Khatha / Mutation Records
- Approved Master Plan / Building Sanction Plan
- Building Commencement Certificate
- Conversion Order (if any)
- RTC Extracts (for Revenue / Converted Lands)
- NOCs from Local Authorities
- Building Completion Certificate
- Occupancy Certificate (for Completed projects)
- Property Tax Paid Receipt
- Utility Bills (if any)
- O.C. stating that the flat is not having any pending dues or liabilities to society.
- Certificate of Commencement.
- Certificate of Completion.
- Check builder has listed for home loans for private banks/PSU like HDFC, ICICI, and others like SBI, CBI, etc.
- Before buying please consult any PSU bank for home loan, if PSU providing loans for a property so we can assure the property is trustworthy and can be booked the flat.
