7 Copy of Duplicate & triplicate Nomination where Nominee name written
8 Photo Copy of ID Proof PAN & AADHAAR CARD of Applicants
9 Nomination Form for Incoming Member 14
10 New owner information (KYM)
11 Photo Copy of ID Proof PAN & AADHAAR CARD of Applicants
12 Transfer Fee as per Bye- Law No. 38 (e ) (vii) Rs. 500/-
13 Entrance Fees as per Bye- Law No. 38 (e ) (viii) Rs. 100/-
